油炸马铃薯饼 Begedil

[油炸马铃薯饼] Begedil

材料:
土豆切片 500g
中国芹菜 50g(切碎)
已炸好的葱头 50g
白胡椒粉 1/4茶匙
芫西粉 1/4茶匙
小茴香粉 1/4茶匙
盐 1/4茶匙(调味)
糖 1/4茶匙(调味)

做法:
1. 去皮土豆皮,切片。
2. 在热油里煎炸,直到马铃薯软化到足以用筷子推开。
3. 排出土豆,转移到锅中捣碎。
4. 加入中国芹菜,葱头,白胡椒粉,芫西粉,小茴香粉 ,盐和糖。
5. 全部混合均匀。
6. 将团分成8部分,用双手将它们滚成球,然后轻轻地压紧
7. 打一个鸡蛋,然后沾鸡蛋,把它放在油里炸。
8. 炸到金棕色,当他们漂浮到顶部,就可以了
9. 拿出然后放在吸油纸上排干

English Version:

Ingredients:
500g potatoes sliced
500ml oil for deep frying
50g chopped Chinese celery
50g fried shallots
¼ tsp white pepper powder
¼ tsp coriander powder
¼ tsp cumin powder
¼ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
½ tsp sugar (adjust to taste)

Instructions:
1. Peel potatoes skin, and cut slices
2. Deep fry in hot oil till potatoes soften just enough to push through with a chopstick
3. Drain potatoes and transfer to pot to be mashed
4. Add the following 50g chopped Chinese celery, 50g fried shallots, ¼ tsp white pepper powder, ¼ tsp coriander powder, ¼ tsp cumin powder, ¼ tsp salt (adjust to taste), and ½ tsp sugar (adjust to taste)
5. Mash and mix evenly
6. Divide mash into 8 portions, roll them into balls and press them down slightly
7. Beat an egg, then coat begedil in egg wash and drop it in the oil.
8. Deep fry till golden brown, and when they float to the top they are ready
9. Remove and drain with paper towel
10. Serve with chili sauce.
