[川式椒盐鱿鱼圈] Calamari Rings with Pepper Salt

材料:
鱿鱼圈 400g
指天椒 2条(切幼)
蒜蓉 1汤匙
葱花 1汤匙

调味料:
盐 1茶匙
胡椒粉 半茶匙
花雕酒 2汤匙

做法:

1. 将油烧热至冒烟程度,鱿鱼圈放入热油炸至金黄色,捞起沥干

2. 锅里留一汤匙油,爆香蒜蓉和指天椒碎,加入鱿鱼圈炒均

3. 将盐和胡椒粉洒在镬周围,炒至鱿鱼圈充分沾上盐和胡椒粉

4. 最后淋上花雕酒炒均,将鱿鱼圈盛上碟,撒上葱花,趁热享用


Ingredients:
400g Calamari Ring
1Tbsp Minced Garlic
2 Chopped Chili Padi
1Tbsp Chopped Spring Onion

Seasoning:
1Tsp Salt
1/2Tsp Pepper
2Tbsp Shao Xing Wine

Method:

1. Heat sufficient oil in a wok, deep-fry Calamari Ring till golden brown,drain and set aside.

2. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in pan, add minced garlic and chili padi till fragrant, add in Calamari Ring and mix well.

3. Sprinkle salt and pepper at the side of the pan, stir and fry the Calamari Ring to mix in salt and pepper.

4. Lastly, sprinkle Shao Xing Wine and stir well with Calamari Ring, garnish with chopped spring onion. Serve hot.
