瓦煲明月银针粉 Claypot Loh Shu Fen



瓦煲老鼠粉原来是这么容易做的。。。大家不妨一试

[瓦煲明月银针粉] Claypot Loh Shu Fen

材料 A:
肉碎 100g
耗油 1茶匙
酱油 1茶匙
黑酱油 1茶匙
麻油 半茶匙
薯粉 半茶匙
胡椒粉 适量

材料 B:
蒜蓉 1汤匙
虾 5只
老鼠粉 200g
鸡蛋 1颗
葱花/芫茜 适量
炸葱 适量

材料 C:
鸡汤 150ml/水+鸡粉 半茶匙
耗油 1茶匙
酱油 1茶匙
黑酱油 1茶匙
麻油 半茶匙
薯粉 半茶匙
胡椒粉 适量
盐 适量

做法:
1. 把材料A拌均,备用
2. 热锅加1汤匙油,爆香蒜蓉,加入肉碎炒至松散
3. 加入虾炒大概2分钟,待用
4. 把材料C倒进晚里拌均,备用
5. 热瓦煲加1汤匙油,加入老鼠粉炒一炒
6. 然后倒入材料C,滚一滚
7. 再加入已炒好的肉碎,加盖焖大概3分钟
8. 打入1颗蛋,熄火,然后加入葱花和炸葱,完成

厨房心得:
喜欢吃辣的朋友,可以加入少许辣椒

Ingredient A:
100g Minced Chicken or Pork
1 tsp Osyter sauce
1 tsp Light Soy Sauce
1 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp Cornstarch
A dash of White pepper

Ingredient B:
1 tbsp Minced Garlic
5 pcs Prawn
200g Lao Shu Fen Noodles
1 pcs Egg
Chopped spring onion
Fried shallots

Ingredient C:
150ml chicken stock
1 tsp Osyter sauce
1 tsp Light Soy Sauce
1 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp Cornstarch
A dash of White pepper
A pinch of Salt

Instructions:
1. Ingreandient A, Mix well and set aside
2. Heat oil in a wok 1 tbsp oil
3. Add minced garlic, stir-fry until frangrant
4. Add marinated minced meat,
5. Then add prawns ,stir-fry for 2 mins and set aside
6. Add Ingredient C to a bowl, Mix well and set aside
7. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a Claypot
8. Add Lao Shu Fen Noodles in to claypot,then sauce mixwell
9. Bring to Boil, add stir-fried minced meat & prawns
10. Cover and simmer for 3 mins, then crack a egg into the claypot
11. Garnish with chopped spring onions ans fried shallots
